Just like any course or class (think course at a community college, or class at the YWCA) lessons are sold as weekly lessons for each month.  Lesson tuition is due for the full month in advance, payable online before your first lesson of the month.  Your assigned time is reserved exclusively for you --  lessons are not prorated, refunded or credited for student absences. Any lesson can be held virtually at your scheduled lesson time if attending in-person proves impossible. There are some limited opportunities to schedule a make-up lesson for the occasional advance notice absence (advance notice being more than 24 hours notice).  Makeup lessons are limited to availability and not guaranteed, but will be accommodated if possible.

If you are planning a long-term absence or simply do not wish to pay for a lesson you can not attend you may release your hold on your assigned lesson time before the month begins.  This frees you from any tuition obligation and allows your lesson time to be assigned another student.  You can then pick a new time if you wish to return.
